Cold Pressed Juices

According to the cold-pressed juice converts, these juices contain more vitamins, minerals and enzymes than those made with a traditional centrifugal machine. It’s all in the method, the say, as the fresh fruits are “pressed” so the maximum amount of juice is extracted from the pulp and fibre, leaving a raw and fresh juice flavour.

Traditional style of juicing, involves spinning blades with fruits which generate heat and oxidise the juice, resulting in a loss of nutrients.
